Roles & Responsibilites: As a Judaic Studies Instructor, Rabbi Levy educates students about their Jewish heritage and roots. He does this through the holy texts and interactive classes. Rabbi Levy also puts much tremendous emphasis on providing the students with the tools to be more fluent in Talmud, Chumash, Navi, Tefila, Taameh Hamitzvot Halacha, and the famous "Shoot the Rabbi", which is an opportunity to ask questions on Jewish topics.
Rabbi Levy plays an important role in the students' lives as North Shore's Director of Religious Guidance. As Director, Rabbi Levy offers optional discussions for the students that cover an array of topics: dealing with life struggles to understanding the Mitzvot. Rabbi Levy is also available to meet with the students on a one-to-one basis.
