North Shore Hebrew Academy High School is proud to be at the forefront of cutting-edge educational technology, providing all students with a laptop computer, building-wide WiFi internet access, email accounts, and a plethora of innovative web 2.0 resources to enhance teaching and learning across all disciplines.

In a typical day here, you will see the technology come to life, from engaging, media-rich SMART Board lessons to in-class interactive quizzes and games, to student-created video and PowerPoint projects.  After the typical school day ends, the learning continues, with students emailing questions and assignments to teachers, teachers digitally editing and commenting on student work, or students critiquing one another’s blog posts.  We are pleased to employ services including Rosetta Stone Classroom, Google Apps, Castle Learning, and many others to help strengthen our dedication to sound pedagogy and effective instruction.

The technology landscape is constantly changing, and we are committed to researching best practices, collaborating with educators, vendors, and students from around the country, and providing continuous professional development to all constituents.
