Rabbi Elliot Schrier graduated valedictorian from DRS in 2007, and continued his studies at Yeshivat Har Etzion, Alon Shevut, Israel. He graduated Yeshiva University, where he majored in History and Judaic Studies, and served as a Shoel U’Meishiv assisting Rabbi Michael Rosensweig. In 2015, he was awarded the Professor David Mirsky Memorial Torah U’Madda award, given to the student who best exemplifies Yeshiva University’s ideal of
synthesizing traditional Torah learning with secular wisdom. Rabbi Schrier received his ordination from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary, where he was a member of the Bella and Harry Wexner Semikha Honors Program and the Marcos and Adina Katz Kollel. He previously served as the Rabbinic Assistant at Congregation Beth Sholom in Lawrence, New York, and currently serves as the Rabbi of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Synagogue in the Bronx.
